Eeclient est le support Formation au Savoir-Être et Emploi pour les métiers de l’hôtellerie, de la restauration et de façon plus générale du tourisme. Il se développe par les articles consacrés à l’optimisation de l’expérience client et la diffusion des candidats de CERIHOR et des offres d’emploi reçues par ses abonnés.
"Pierre-Edouard began his pastry career in the laboratory of Pascal CAFFET (MOF and world champion). Alternating with the journeymen on duty, he won his pastry CAP 2 years later.
There he met passionate professionals, like Angelo Musa whom he supported in his conquest of the title of one of the best workers in France in 2007.
In 2008, he obtained his Complementary Mention in restaurant dessert.
In 2009, he left his post at Pascal CAFFET and completed his apprenticeship at the Espace sucré chocolat with obtaining the Technical Patent of Trades in 2010.
He became pastry chef of the house until January 2019.
With all these experiences acquired through various training courses, he becomes a pastry trainer consultant and shares his knowledge in France or abroad. »
